This page is for installer and distributor accounts. On top of everything a customer can ask about single plants, the assistant answers two questions about all the plants you installed.
How are my plants doing?
A snapshot of right now across every plant you installed: which are connected, which are not sending data, which have open alarms. The assistant lists first the ones to look at.
| Ask | What you get |
|---|---|
| "How are my plants doing?" | The status of all of them, most critical first |
| "Which plants are offline?" | Only the unreachable ones |
| "The 5 worst EMS Energy XL plants" | The list narrowed to one family |
Good to know:
- It is a snapshot of connection status and alarms, not of performance. For production and yields ask about the single plant.
- Ask for it when you need the overall picture: the answer covers your whole installed base and takes a few extra seconds.
- It works up to 200 plants. Beyond that number the assistant cannot answer and tells you so.
Did the installation go well?
After an installation you can ask for a check of the plant just put into service. The assistant looks at the data of the first three days of operation and answers with one of three results: passed, failed or inconclusive, with the detail of each check.
| Ask | What you get |
|---|---|
| "Check the installation of the Rossi plant" | The result with the list of passed and failed checks |
| "Why did the check fail?" | The failed checks and what they found |
Good to know:
- The check looks at the data the plant has already sent: it runs no active tests and does not check the firmware.
- If the plant is offline, the result is "failed".
- For EMS Energy XL plants the result can only be "inconclusive": the assistant reports the available data but cannot give a verdict.
- Ask for one plant at a time, right after the first days of operation.
