The first step in every conversation is telling the assistant which plant you mean. Then you can ask for the registry card and the composition.
How to name a plant
Use the name you see in the portal, even in part ("the Verona plant"), or the serial number of a device. The assistant searches your plants and, if it finds more than one similar match, asks you which one.
Examples
| Ask | What you get |
|---|---|
| "Which plants can I see?" | The list of your plants with the devices of each |
| "Find the Rossi plant" | The plants with that name, or with a similar serial number |
| "Give me the card of my home plant" | Owner, installer, distributor, warranty and devices |
| "What is the plant made of?" | The components (inverters, batteries, meters) and how they are connected |
| "Who installed the Rossi plant?" | The registered installer and distributor |
Good to know
- You only see the plants linked to your account. If you ask about a plant that is not yours, the assistant answers that it cannot find it.
- The registry card shows the data recorded in the portal, not measurements. For production and consumption see the "Energy and battery" page.
- The composition is also what the assistant uses to read the data of a single component, for example a battery.
