You can connect the AI assistant you already use (Claude or ChatGPT) to your zeroCO2 account. From then on you ask it about your plants in plain language, for example "how much did my home plant produce yesterday?", and it reads the data for you.
What it can do
The assistant reads the same data you see in the portal and gives it back as an answer:
- lists your plants and tells you what they are made of
- tells you what they are producing and consuming right now, and how a period went
- tells you how the battery has been working
- runs a few checks and gives you a result, for example whether the energy figures add up
- prepares a period report or an estimate in euro, when you ask for it
The pages in the "What you can ask" section explain each group with example questions.
What it does not do
- It sees nothing that is not yours. It only reaches the plants of your account, with the permissions of your role.
- It does not change your plants. For customers and installers every command is read-only.
- It does not make up diagnoses. It reports a problem only when one of its checks returns a clear result. If it says "the figures add up" or "there is a gap", that sentence comes from a check, not from an impression.
- It does not decide for you. Euro estimates show the assumptions used and contain no advice.
Who can use it
Anyone with a zeroCO2 account and a customer, installer, distributor or administrator role. The available commands depend on the role:
- customer: own plants, energy, battery, checks, reports
- installer and distributor: plus the status of every installed plant and the post-installation check
- administrator: plus diagnosis, fleet and actions
Product families
The assistant knows the two zeroCO2 plant families: Ibridi Energy and EMS Energy XL. Some information is not yet available for EMS Energy XL: each page says so where it applies.
Where to start
- Connect the assistant by following the Claude or ChatGPT page in the "Connect your assistant" section.
- In the chat, ask: "which plants can I see?".
- Then ask what you need, naming the plant and the period.
