How to sign in to the zeroCO2 portal for the first time, how to recover your password and where to choose language and formats.
The invitation
You do not register on your own: your account is activated by whoever installed the plant, who sends you an invitation by email.
- Open the link in the email. The Register user page opens.
- Choose a username, enter name, email and password, and confirm the password.
- Check the plant data, accept the installation and confirm.
The password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character, and it cannot contain the username.
If the page says the link has expired or is not valid, ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
Signing in
Go to app.mycloud.energy and enter your username and password. After signing in you see the Overview with the list of your plants; click a name to open the plant page.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in page click Forgot password? and follow the link you receive by email to set a new one. To change it while signed in, open your profile and choose Edit password.
Your profile
Open the profile by clicking your name at the bottom of the side bar. Here you find your details (name, email, phone, organisation) and the User preferences:
- portal language (Italian, English, German)
- temperature unit
- date and number format, and how many decimal places to show
- time zone
- how many rows to show in tables
You can also change the language from the globe icon at the top right, but only for the current session: to keep it, set it in your profile.
Signing out
The icon at the top right, next to the globe, ends the session after a confirmation.
